the problem that we are having is that we have an oscommerce site
www.fedgovbookstore.com
when people go to check out and click the payment confirmation it takes them to the paypal site
they fill out the information and then paypal gives them an error message;

ok,It's you computer setting pb or paypal account's pb,I suggest you to check the follow steps:
.Check your Cookies : select Tools->Options ->Priacy-> Accepts cookies from third-party cookies should be enabled.or you purchase using another computer.
.Check your Paypal account : you should make sure if you credit card expired.if yes,you should update your paypal account with new info.
.Test using another account: you can purchase using another paypal account,I guess it work. |
